P.E. Civil Engineer: Robert is a Sr. Civil Structural Engineer with 20 years experience in industrial, petrochemical, power, transmission/substation, Wireless telecommunication, manufactory facilities; hydraulic, commercial and residential structures. He holds his PE license in five states and has a Master’s in Civil Engineering from UCLA.

Project Management / Construction Management – Kyler: is a Texas A&M graduate with a Degree in Construction Science with 14 years of Construction Leadership including full project oversight, quality and completion reviews with subcontractors and oversaw budget control. He has his OSHA 30 certification and team lead experience.

Industrial and Chemical Sales:  Fredrick has a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering and dynamic chemical sales experience of 15 years with proven success. He believes in great relationships and a friendly but assertive approach to building new markets which makes him a huge asset to a company.

 

Accounting & HR:

Audit and Merger Expert Accountant CPA: Edward

Offers Big 4 and corporate consulting experience with expertise in auditing in the construction, energy and healthcare industries. Specific skills include controllership functions, controls/operational/fraud audits, policies and compliance, internal/external financial reporting, budgeting and analysis, training and ERP system. He is a graduate from UT and is looking to take on his next challenge.

Human Resources Director / Manager: Kelley

Kelley is an A&M graduate with a Master of Science in Human Resource Development, with extensive experience working in the Oil and Gas industry and has experience in developing and implementing efficient policies and procedures. Kelley has a quick wit and excellent communication as a leader and trainer and has the ability to build a strong rapport with employees on all levels.

CPA Sr. Accountant / Controller: Doug

Doug has a Master’s in Business Administration (Accounting) along with his CPA and CMA. His background is in Oil and Gas industry as well as the construction industry with great tenure at both. His expertise is in working in small to mid-sized companies in job costing, project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

VP of HR and Safety: Paul

Helped his employer become “Employer of the Year”. He guided two manufacturing facilities to achieve OSHA Star through OSHA’s VPP program; instrumental in achieving the Sentinels of Safety Award from the National Mining Association. He oversaw the rollout of Payroll, Time & Attendance, Performance Management, Compensation, Expense, Tax, Training, Applicant Tracking, Incident Management, Industrial Hygiene, EHS platforms across multi-site facilities: such as Paycom HRIS Software, ADP, Paychex, SuccessFactors, and Process MAP.

Has 20 years of experience in material, parts and equipment in the upstream, midstream, downstream and manufacturing arenas. He has ERP, Office and Database program expertise with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, IFS, Ariba, CMS. He has acted as a liaison with domestic and international vendors, clients and end users. He has worked at companies such as Citgo, Spectra and TransCanada and has BA from the University of Houston

Procurement Expert: Nikki

Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration and Management. With 9 years of purchasing experience in industrial, manufacturing and fabrication markets including MRO, experience in managing vendor management programs and improving on-time delivery. Additionally, she has a background in planning and coordinating large Oil and Gas projects.

 

Technology

Sr. Service Desk Analyst: Gregory

Well-rounded candidate with 10 years of experience as a Systems Analysts/Service Desk and Network Administrator. He has extensive experience with various software and hardware programs such as Windows OS, O365/Exchange, MAC OSX, Linux, Cisco, Video Insight/Panasonic, ADTRAN/Bluesocket, Genetec, FortiClient, SolarWinds, Alert Logic, SCCM, and various others. He is currently working on his Security + and CCNA certification and will be a great asset to any team.

Mid-level Network Administrator: Drew

Drew has his Bachelor’s degree in Information System and Cybersecurity and has experience with Active Directory, configuring LAN networks, supported SQL servers, help desk with service now. Configured, and supported iPhones and iPads as well as their applications in a CISCO IP system. Has banking, oil and gas and medical industry experience which makes him suitable for various industries.

Sr. Systems Administrator: Paul

Masters in Information Technology Management and has multiple certifications ranging from his CompTIA CSIS, CLNP certifications to his Linux+, Project +, Security + and PMI certifications. His expertise includes Active Directory, Exchange, Windows server, PowerShell, and coding in PHP, HTML, JavaScript and MySQL. He has industry experience in Banking, Oil / Gas, Legal and Steel industry and is a huge team player and leader.

Technical, Accounting, and Financial Project Coordinator: Jennifer

Well-rounded Project Coordinator/Administrative and Executive Administrative Assistant has a wealth of high-level coordination experience working for national and international locations. She coordinated both in-house and off-site technical product training and oversaw all billing cycles in Oracle. She has worked on refining complex accounting processes with payroll, A/R, A/P & sales taxes, and converted manual systems to manage, organize, and oversee HR departments. “Jennifer is an extremely high-level problem solver and does well in fast-moving environments. As-needed Contract Administrative Assistant: Angie

Angie has worked multiple contract positions for us and has received great reviews and is extremely reliable which makes her a great asset to any team. Her background is in administration includes front reception, data entry, and offers vast billing experience which makes her very well-rounded.

Vanessa obtained 50% of the companies’ high-profile clients and managed the P&L. She trained at Disney and has her ISO 9000 Lead auditor certification.

Chemical Sales: Chad

Chad brings 15 years of experience in chemical sales for well-known companies and customers from several industries such as Oil and Gas, Energy/Power, and Water Treatment. Thad would be a great addition to any sales team due to his vast experience with building new business through cold calling, networking on LinkedIn, and referrals from current contacts in addition to extensive experience creating, negotiating, and changing contracts.

Oil and Gas Sales Expert: John

John offers a well-connected network due to his extensive industry knowledge from his entire career in upstream, midstream, and downstream industries and was promoted from Sales to General Manager to Project Manager. He has sold Lubricants to oil/gas operators in the upstream markets to companies such as Chevron, Phillips, and Marathon. With his engineering and project knowledge as well as his sales background, he has all the tools to ensure company growth.

Inventory and Asset Manager: Rafael

Rafael offers excellent tenure with 15 years at one of Houston’s top oil and gas companies including almost 10 years as an Inventory and Asset Manager. His many responsibilities while working on multi-million-dollar projects include managing asset management functionality as it relates to capital expenditures, maintenance, utilization, and global asset redeployments. He is a proven resource for Agency 8 and will be a valuable asset to the company he joins.

Contracts Specialist: Shawn

Shawn offers a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and 15 years of experience working as a Contracts Specialist and Analyst. She has been responsible for contracts from cradle to the grave including bids and negotiations, new vendor onboarding, leading kick-off meetings, contract revisions and extensions, meeting with legal, and taking care of invoices. Shawn is very reliable and a key player for a successful organization.
