Experienced in city planning, commercial construction, civil and structural engineering. He holds his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston and EIT certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. He brings an incredible amount of professionalism and passion every day and will be a great asset.

Paul-PE Principal Process Engineer

Paul holds his Master’s Degree in Chemical and Environmental Engineering and has 20 years of experience as a Principal Process Engineer. He has successfully completed projects for various clients around the world and is proficient in developing PFDs, P&IDs, and HAZOP. Paul also is a certified Oracle Database Admin. He is a true expert in his field and is ready to take on his next challenge.

Eric-CPA, CFE, CMA Audit Expert and Controller

As a previous contractor for Agency 8 we witnessed Eric’s vast expertise, strong work ethic and perfect attendance. He has a Bachelors in Accounting, Big 4 accounting and auditing experience and over 8 years consulting experience in the construction, energy, financial services and healthcare industries. Specific skills include controllership functions, controls/operational/fraud audits, policies and compliance, internal/external financial reporting, budgeting and analysis, training and ERP systems.


Human Resources

Nic-SHRM CP HR Generalist 

Nic is a Certified Human Resources Generalist with a proven record of success in managing all aspects of human resources for profit and nonprofit organizations: benefits administration, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, compliant record-keeping, payroll, HRIS administration, and more. She is a Texas A&M Graduate and a dynamic professional that is eager to join a growing team and pursue her passion.



Christian-Supply Chain Director 

Christian has extensive experience setting up logistics departments and supply chain organizations and worked with bulk chemicals in his six years at NOV. He excels in taking initiative in all his previous roles to improve performance and reduce overall costs and truly has a passion in leadership where he is able to mentor and be hands-on with his team.

Reggie-CSR/Warehouse Logistics 

Reggie has six years of experience shipping chemicals via truck (80%), ocean and air while he worked at Airgas as well as two and half year’s shipping plastic for Exxon. He consistently communicated directly with customers where he answered questions and handles troubleshooting delivery problems. Reggie loves being part of a team but also has no problems being efficient working alone and his past employers described him as being able to multitask and being very dependable.



Jane-GlobalOperations Director 

Jane has her BBA in Global Business Management and brings 15 years of experience where 13 of those were spent at XPO Logistics where she started off doing Sales and moved her way up to General Manager and Operations. Jane thrives on solving problems and loves being part of a team and where she can also work independently. She will be an excellent addition to her new company.


With 15 years of dispatching experience Melinda is an excellent dispatching candidate. She is bilingual and skilled at using Excel, O365, Command Series, Trimble, and schedule.com. She is also proficient in performing administrative duties which include assigning roles, following up with drivers and orders, ensuring proper equipment is used, scheduling, paperwork and tracking drivers GPS’ and deliveries. If you are looking for a dependable and hard-working individual, Melinda is the one.



Philip-Sr. Systems Administrator

Philip holds his Masters in Information Technology Management and has multiple certifications ranging from his CompTIA CSIS, CLNP certifications to his Linux+, Project +, Security + and PMI certifications. His expertise includes Active Directory, Exchange, Windows server, PowerShell and coding in PHP, HTML, JavaScript and MySQL. He has industry experience in Banking, Oil and Gas, Legal and Steel industry and is a huge team player and leader.

Jordan-IT Administrator 

Jordan is proficient at performing Windows 10 configurations and migrations, O365, troubleshooting and performing laptop and hard drive repairs. Experienced in setting up employee accounts, deployments, decrypting/encrypting computers.



Rachel-Project Coordinator 

Rachel has seven years of Project Management Support experience in the Oil and Gas industry and has been responsible for: invoicing, maintaining multiple project schedules, breaking down work structures, cost estimates, forecasting, project proposals, and identifying project needs. Rachel has her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and prides herself on being a self-starter who pays attention to detail.



Jim-Sales Account Manager 

Jim has 10+ years of outside Sales Experience in the O&G industry. He has been responsible for developing and executing new plans and strategies to present his company to prospective clients and exceeds in continuously improving his approaches, developing business opportunities, planning strategically and managing accounts. Building relationships and growing client relations comes easy to him as he is extremely approachable which will make him a huge asset to ta company that is looking to expand their business.

Cindy-Sales Account Executive

Cindy brings three years of business development here in the Houston areas and account management for various industries and clients. She has a proficiency in building client relationships, updating capital project timelines and day to day sales, which includes being responsible 25 customers in Houston which consisted of supply houses, distributers and end users. Cindy has extensive experience and a passion for working with customers both on the marketing and development side with a drive that will ensure her success at her next opportunity.
