There was peace of mind and joyous hearts at the start of the New Year for Agency 8. It is our #1 goal every holiday season to give back, offering help and hope to those in need.
This year, we would like to give a special thanks to Easterseals Greater Houston and Bay Area Turning Point for allowing us to be a part of their organizations this past holiday season. Having the chance to help our adopted family, gifted to us by Easterseals, was a true honor. Warm clothes, food, and Nerf guns were on our family’s Christmas list. We were eager to meet their needs and spread the Christmas joy, which was a success. Luckily, Bay Area Turning Point gave us another opportunity to spread even more joy with their annual clothing and toy drive.
We had the privilege of gathering books, dolls, and plenty of clothes for survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Individuals in our office building, outside of Agency 8, even participated and brought in many gifts. The turnout was great and the Agency 8 team showed up and showed out. As we wait for the next holiday season, we will continue to donate a portion of our profits to Easterseals in order to help children with disabilities, The Bridge so that families of domestic abuse and sexual violence are helped, Unbound to combat human trafficking, and the Foodbank to help end hunger across the country .
