As key member of Executive Management Team with a hands-on leadership style, Dan has played a strategic role in the overall management of several organizations with primary responsibility for planning, implementing, controlling, and reporting all financial-related activities.

Controller/ Sr. Accountant- Mark

Financial background from A to Z including reporting, analyzing, capitalization, budgeting, mergers, payroll (900+ employees), and acquisitions. Very familiar with Cost Accounting, GAAP and SOX.

Bookkeeper- Charles

With 15 years of Bookkeeping experience within multiple industries, Charles would be a great asset to any team. He is a General Ledger guru, offers proficiency in financial reporting, has advanced knowledge of US GAAP, and has a lot of hands-on experience with reconciliations, A/P, A/R and collections.
