At Agency 8, our first priority is always the health and safety of our candidates, clients and associates. Now, with so many questions about COVID-19, we want to keep you, up to date with key information on our heightened efforts to ensure peace of mind as virtual operations continue seamlessly. Agency 8 has always invested in cutting edge cloud-based computer systems from recruiting to payroll. There will be no interruptions in any of our services. You can trust we will be here for you.

Here are a few highlights of our work continuity plan:

  • There are no interruptions in the high-quality recruiting searches, interviews and communication platforms. Hurricanes taught us early on to invest in virtual technology that includes call routing to mobile phones, cloud-based applicant tracking, ATS mobile texting platforms, online testing suites, offsite labs for drug testing, mobile-friendly

onboarding platforms, online HRIS with payroll and direct deposit payments. With this infrastructure and robust technology platforms, all of our Recruiters and staff are well prepared to work remotely and to continue being responsive to your needs.

  • The agency has also established a Coronavirus Task Force, as we are working with our clients to develop best practices and new protocols to keep employees safe. We are staying informed on legal and business issues related to the outbreak, including crisis response, business interruption, cybersecurity/data privacy, force majeure clauses, and employee/human resources issues. We are here to offer your team advice and resources. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/
  • We are pre-screening candidates prior to any onsite interviews to ensure that they have not recently traveled to one of the countries the CDC has issued a Level 3 Travel Health Notice, or who has been in close contact with people who have traveled to these areas or have been to one of the US states with high volumes/concentrations of the virus. https://ncov2019.live/data
