She currently serves as the Texas District Director for SHRM and is the former President of the Texas Bay Area SHRM. Her recruiting expertise has been very diverse from Executives, Engineering, IT, Technical, and Accounting positions to clerical. She has volunteered as a SHRM Lobbyist in Capital Hill for 6 years speaking on behalf of SHRM to Texas Senators and Representatives for important HR issues.
